Spiritual Healing and Mediumship

Born in Brazil, Debi moved to England in 1988. During this time, an inner sensitivity and psychic awareness she has had since childhood began to demand more and more of her attention. She began to develop her own healing work: “ Healing comes from the Source and goes through me into the patient to where it is most needed. It is like a waterfall. I feel my spirit friends and angels very close to me when I am giving healing.” Healing may occur in the auric field. Mediumistic information may be given with patients’ permission. Trance healing may also take place with patients’ permission.

Debi has studied and practised extensively. She combines Healing with structural techniques such as CranioSacral Therapy; intuition may guide her to work with a specific organ or joint and the spiritual dimension of her work gives patients a safe space for deep structural and emotional release. Debi believes that the responsibilty for healing still lies with the patient, the practitioner can only help this process.Debi is a fully qualified member of the Sussex Healers Association. Debi has trained with Gary Mannion(Psychic Surgeon), and is a fully qualified ABE healer.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing with origins in India and the East dating back many thousands of years. It was re-discovered by a Japanese scholar, Dr Mikao Usui. The name Reiki is a combination of two words: Rei - meaning universal or omnipresent and Ki - meaning the non-physical vitality that gives life to all things.

Reiki is a natural healing therapy which allows the practitioner to channel universal life energy to the patient to promote their own healing. Different symbols are used for different purposes, for emotional healing and distant healing. Reiki is great for animal healing and also for healing the Earth. Reiki promotes relaxation and strengthens your immune system. Debi is a Master-Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation.

CranioSacral Therapy

Debi has studied for several years with the Upledger Institute, her training to date includes both SomatoEmotional Release courses and the Paediatrics course.

CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle yet effective treatment which focuses on the craniosacral system. This system includes the membranes which protect and support the brain and spinal cord and the cerebrospinal fluid within them which nourishes the brain and spinal cord, removes waste products from them and circulates neurotransmitters and hormones - the health of this system is a vital part of the health of the whole person.

CranioSacral Therapy enhances the flow of cerebrospinal fluid either directly by releasing tension within the membrane system or indirectly by releasing restrictions elsewhere in the body. The tension held may be simply structural but there is often a component of retained emotion or a behavioural pattern which may come to light and be released.

Almost any condition may be helped to some degree. Regular treatment can boost general health and be a useful preventative.

SomatoEmotional Release

A restriction may be simply structural but there is often a component of retained emotion, core belief or behavioural pattern involved. SomatoEmotional Release is a development of CranioSacral Therapy which can allow the patient to feel these restrictions, to understand them and to release them. Repetitive patterns can be released at a cellular level allowing fundamental life changes.

This is part of a Cranio Sacral treatment.

Reflexology

Reflexology helps to promote good health by working with reflex points on the feet. There is a precise point on the foot which corresponds to every part of the body, for example, the organs, glands, muscles and spine.

Areas of dysfunction can be felt as small granular accumulations that concentrate around these points. The therapist uses massage to disperse these blockages.

As well as being generally relaxing, Reflexology can give great benefit to a range of health problems such as arthritis, hormonal imbalance, nervous tension and headache. It can help recovery after serious illness such as stroke. Reflexology can give relief from chronic pain and boosts general health and well being.
